How To Use The Engine Correctly

Thank you for your long-term support of our Kaihua Power's CCEC Cummins series engines!

Recently, as the weather has gradually become colder, to better use the engines and prevent damage caused by improper use. Therefore, we would like to remind you :

1. For alarms indicating low or no oil pressure in the engine, immediately stop the genset for inspection and report to service ;

2. For alarms indicating high water temperature and low coolant level in the engine, immediately stop the genset for inspection and report to service ;

3. After starting the engine, it should idle for 3 to 5 minutes before loading to ensure normal lubrication;

4. After full-load operation, it should idle for 3 to 5 minutes before stopping the genset to avoid damage to the engine due to sudden shutdown;

5. It is necessary to ensure the sealing of the engine intake system to avoid early wear of the engine.
