Q：What is your MOQ, payment method, delivery time?
A : Our MOQ is only 1 set. Payment method usually is 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance T/T before delivering.
Or 100% L/C, Delivery period normally will be 5~15 working days after receiving customers' deposit.
Q: What’s the warranty period?
A: The warranty period of MTU open type diesel generator can be 1 year or 1000h, subject to the earlier one. Kaihua power can accept and reply customer’s complaints within 24 hours. Technical instructions, defective spare parts exchanges can be available form Kaihua Power directly. Further to the defective main parts of diesel engine, Kaihua Power will be able to contact the nearest service point of MTU for customers and claim the warranty to MTU, in which way to convenient customer’s warranty experience.
A warranty certificate issued by Kaihua Power is available along with the gensets. Kaihua Power can provide overseas site service.

Q: What is the difference between an open type diesel generator and a silent type diesel generator?
A: An open type diesel generator is less weather-proof compared with silent diesel generator. Open type diesel generator is more suitable for adapting inside the equipment room, where customers can design the layout of gensets together with other facilities such as fuel system, exhaust system, cables arrangements.
Silent type is more convenient in installation. It is more suitable for semi-outdoor and outdoor conditions with noise level attenuated to 70~75db(A) at 7m. It also is a more likely option where requires silent environment such as hotel, hospital, airport, resorts, residential, restaurants, etc.
Q: Is a third party inspection report available before shipping the generator sets?
A: Kaihua Power has got the SGS report for its fabrication base. For countries that need a third party inspection report, Kaihua Power is capable of supplying SGS, BV, CCIC pre-shipment inspection certificate. Certificates issued by Chamber of Commerce are available on request. CCS certificate for the whole genset is available at cost.
