1 Advanced and complete engine electronic management system - MDEC system
MDEC has the functions of high water temperature, low oil pressure, low water level, high oil temperature, too low water level, overspeed protection and alarm. Fault code display: can monitor the operation of diesel engine in real time, can provide effective self-diagnosis function.
2 Advanced and perfect fuel injection system - common rail fuel injection system

KAIHUA combines advanced automatic manufacturing facilities such as CNC laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine, punch machine as well as advanced testing center capable of testing gensets in paralleling running up to 3000kw in total at one time.
5. MTU Development in China
MTU Yuchai Power Co. Ltd established in 2017 – a joint venture between MTU Friedrichshafen and the Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Ltd. (GYMCL) to build large mtu-brand diesel engines in China. The mission of the joint venture, based in Yulin in southern China where GYMCL’s headquarters is located, will be to build engines of version 03 of mtu's highly successful Series 4000. This unit is suitable for use in the oil and gas and power generation industries.
MTU Suzhou opened its first facility in Suzhou 27 years ago to provide customers in China with faster and more efficient after-sale services in applications such as railway, marine and power generation. Suzhou later became the third production base for mtu engines globally at that time, responsible for the assembly of mtu Series 2000 gendrive engines. Branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Dalian were also established gradually. In October 2021, the former MTU Engineering (Suzhou) Co Ltd was renamed Rolls-Royce Solutions (Suzhou) Co Ltd.
